template usage for collect annotation by color and tags

I would really appreciate it if you could help me with how to use those templates. I'm using zotero 6.036 and betternotes1.0.4

I've been importing the following two [Item] into my template editor. However, I can't seem to use them.

I've added this tag to the figure in one of the pdfs I'm reading.

In my workspace note, I've tried Insert template to cursor line >> Template: [Item] collect annotations by tag >>chose my pdf. but the following error shows up.
