[Bug] 列表以citations开头的时候，若利用[ExportMDFileContent]导出会导致链接和后面文字内容出现换行

• Zotero Version: 7.0.9
• Plugin Version: 2.1.6

Describe the bug

谢谢作者大大的辛苦开发，插件让我受益良多。具体问题如下：
列表以citations开头，以及以标签修饰的内容开头的时候，若利用[ExportMDFileContent]导出会导致链接和后面文字内容出现换行。该现象只发生在列表以citations开头的时候，若处于列表内容的后面部分则不会出现。
citations包括直接从PDF中复制进笔记的原文，以及通过笔记中的“insert citation”工具。具体如下图所示，其中我使用的是默认的模板。
首先是笔记内容：

然后是通过模板预览的内容：可以看见使用内置模板会造成citation的隔断

然后我使用了Zotero的自身的导出模板，没有出现隔断。

另外，请问能否像系统模板导出的那样使用markdown链接，即[超链接显示名](超链接地址 "超链接title")，而不是使用HTML标签。
