Access the scrollbar

this is not critical issue it is just enhancement if it is fine I am not sure.
simply add margin to overlay so we can reach scrollbar without close the modal.

after edit

for non-scrolling modals no margin is added

only few front-end edits
just two more lines in the blade file highlighted here

and four line in the js file 3 are highlighted here and one at top define the scroll data property
