Invalid phone numbers are accepted

the maximum length of a phone number is 15 digits but there is not limit to the number of characters accepted by phone number

a musician can be added when i input:
add n/b p/123456789123456789 e/b@music.com t/french i/cello g/rock

Quoting the CS2103/T Course Website:

The input you have entered corresponds to one of the extreme user behaviours, and also does not cause harm to the product (i.e. you can still remove the musician with the delete command, and the app can continue to be used normally).

Hence our team's stance is that this should not be reported as a bug, and we will have to reject this bug report.
