DG use cases missing preconditions

For some use cases, preconditions such as user already had musicians in the database were missing

For UC06 as shown in the screenshot, the precondition "User already has the musician details" is implied in MSS step 1. We believe adding such preconditions may be extraneous and duplicative.

Reason for disagreement: It is not specified in the textbook that assumptions can be made and thus preconditions are added.

I believe a better to avoid duplication is to include another use case like this:

to make it clear that there are existing musicians in the database.
