provide customer facing information (sold out / number available)

Would be really good to be able to show customers how many subscription slots are left available or that they are sold out. having this override woocommerce's in stock/out of stock symbols as its confusing when product symbol shows "in stock" then when entering into the product to purchase, no options to add to basket.

Having a "number of subscriptions available" or "2 out of 6 sold" or "4 out of 6 remaining" etc knowing there are only 1 or 2 left could help drive sales.
