[Feature Request] Whitelist some paid accounts

As we've all seen, 99% of paid accounts aren't worth the pixels on your screen but I do follow a handful of legit accounts that pay just for the editing option or to post longer videos.

An option to whitelist some accounts while blocking all the rest would be perfection.

Edit: OR, as some block-the-blue extensions are doing, simply whitelist accounts that we follow.
