Unable to edit the limit of workflow

Description

The admin portal can only display 25 workflow approval tasks, and unable to extend the limit even with the following configurations in settings.json(wso2am-4.2.0/repository/deployment/server/webapps/admin/site/public/conf/settings.json),

    }, 

Steps to Reproduce

Enable "Application Creation Workflow" by following the documentation. [1]
Create more than 25 Applications.
View the "Application Creation - Approval Tasks" in the admin portal.
