Description

API sequences get dropped after updating an API after 3.2.0 to 4.2.0 migration.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an API in 3.2.0. Attach a mediation sequence to the API.
  2. Migrate to 4.2.0.
  3. Go to the API created in step 1, go to policies tab and make sure all API resources are attached with an operation policy.
  4. Go to resources tab and just click on save (no need to add new resources).
  5. Go back to policies tab. The attached operation policy will not be there.
