APIM 3.0.0 Key Manager profile startup Issue

Description

APIM 3.0.0 Key Manager profile breaks with the following error.

ERROR - [/accountrecoveryendpoint] Servlet [register.do] in web application [/accountrecoveryendpoint] threw load() exception
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to compile class for JSP:

An error occurred at line: [17] in the generated java file: [/Users/thilinis/Documents/dev/packs/apim/3.0.0/wso2am-3.0.0-km/lib/tomcat/work/Catalina/localhost/accountrecoveryendpoint/org/apache/jsp/self_002dregistration_002dusername_002drequest_jsp.java]
Only a type can be imported. org.wso2.carbon.identity.captcha.util.CaptchaUtil resolves to a package

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get the Latest APIM 3.0.0 latest U2 live pack and optimize the key manager profile
2. Startup the pack specifying the profile as key manager
