Support swagger document content search via Publisher/Developer Portal search

API Publishers and developers need the capability easily find any swagger doc they have updated easily by doing a content search.

Describe your solution

Introduce an indexer for application/json, application/yaml. Provide Publisher/Devportal API search backend capability to search swagger content.

we can target this issue for 4.3.x. since this requires considerable effort and less priority according to the customer ticket

This will be not be supported in 4.3.0, we will consider this in future release of API Manager.
