Permission roles created for topics are inconsistent when created from UI #554

The permission role created for Topics are inconsistent when creating topics with the below mentioned steps
Steps.

Login to console and create a topic named Sports/Soccer
Create another topic named wso2.qa
Issue - The two role names that are created are inconsistent. Further if a subtopic is created by a jms client it uses the hyphen to distinguish role names.
