Cannot package single/am-single using Helm V2. #540

Description:
Cannot package single/am-single Helm charts using Helm V2. This occurs because directory name is different from the chart name.

OS, DB, other environment details and versions:
OS - Ubuntu 20.04
Helm - 2.16.9

Steps to reproduce:

git clone https://github.com/wso2/kubernetes-apim.git
cd kubernetes-apim
git checkout 4.1.x
cd simple/am-single
helm package --dependency-update .
