apim_metrics.log file remain empty after configuring API Manager for ELK-Based Analytics in kubernetes cluster

Description:
We have deployed WSO2 API-M on a kubernetes cluster via helm chart pattern 3 1 and we followed all steps of ELK installation guide to configure on-Premise analytics solution 2. but unfortunately, the log file apim_metrics.log remain empty after deploying sample API (Pizza Shack API) !!

Affected Product Version:
Helm resources Pattern 3 for WSO2 API Manager 4.1.0-1
Kubernetes : v1.24.3
Hosts : Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS

Please help , if ELK Analytics isolution is supported in kubernetes deployment ?

I'm also having trouble with this, I did all the proper configuration on Elastic, Kibana and others services but my apim_metrics.log still empty, not even a single line.

Did you guys discovered what happened? @htwalid @markendos?
