README.md Files Need Link Update for "WSO2 helm Chart Repository" links

On any of the README.md files for the APIM Patterns if you click on the "WSO2 Helm Chart Repository" link you are taken to a broken link.

Example:

Broken link: https://artifacthub.io/charts/wso2
Error 404 - Page Not Found

The same thing happens on the artifacthub.io site as well: https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/wso2/am-pattern-3

Both sites, GitHub and artifact hub, need all of these links to be changed to something else.

Then in the quickstart guide, “1. Install the Helm Chart” the link “WSO2 Helm Chart Repository” is broken https://hub.helm.sh/charts/wso2
