Enable myAccount status indicator

Describe the issue:
With this effort, myAccount can be enabled and disabled and hence the indicator has to work accordingly.

Initially, we didn't have the My Account enable/ disable feature in the WSO2 Identity Server. It was enabled in the Identity Server with wso2/identity-apps#6425 and this task is used to track the enable/disable toggle.

We will be enabling the hidden enable/ disable toggle in Wso2 Identity Server.
