[DOCS][IS-7.0] Add proper documentation for LinkedIn Connector in the Store

We have released a LinkedIn connector version compatible with Identity Server 7.0.0 [1]. However, documentation for version 7.0.0 has not been released, and the referenced documentation is not applicable for IS 7.0.0 [2]. As the connector has already been released, it is necessary to publish documentation for IS 7.0.0.

Describe the improvement

Since the management console is deprecated from IS 7.0 onwards, existing documentation should be updated to reflect this
