Auto login does not work when self registering in a custom domain configured org

Describe the issue

An issue has been reported related to self registration flow. As per the network trace user registration has been successful and user has redirected to retry.do.
Further analysis showed that an error is thrown during auto login, after self registration is successful. The issue happens when custom domain has been configured.

Fixed with:

• Add util method to get root domain carbon-identity-framework#5944
• Set root domain of custom domain for ALOR cookie identity-apps#6904

Note: The fixes do have a limitation where it does not support TLDs with more than two parts.
eg: wso2.io is supported while wso2.co.uk is not.
