Add ability to provide list of properties / files from web-app

Description:
Currently, scan-manager internal interface support providing list of files or properties for one attribute of a scanner. However, the external interface only support uploading single file / single property.

Scan manager web app UI generation logic and the external interface should be improved to support setting multiple properties and multiple files for the same attribute.
