Command line bootcamp issues

• chrome display issue with newlines after dash... doesn't occur in firefox. Yet another reason to use firefox.\
• documentation should indicate how to copy in full-screen on windows

From Priyam:

• Terminal becomes inactive after a while. Asking to reload when this happens is not very useful as there is a continuity between the sections in the form of files and folders the students create. By now, I am convinced that the reason for this is not timeout (also see Controlling timeout / unresponsive terminal command-line-bootcamp/cli-boot.camp#50)
• Section 28 (Power commands) does not include sample file(s) to try the commands on. Some students created dummy files to work with the shown commands. Others read through this section as informational. Some others did not find this section satisfactory.
