If relevant, make it clear in the PDF not to specify any other assembly option.

If we have the same setup, 1. make clear that scp command is to be run from apocrita, 2. change ~/my-directory in scp command to /absolute/path/to/my-assembly-directory, 3. in the questions ask for absolute path on computers used for practicals.
