SequenceServer takes really long and GeneValidator didn't work at all this morning.

hi, this is now running on a much larger server - mind trying it again?

  • Is it running multithreaded?
  • could you please change the default setting to -evalue 1.0e-10 and -num_alignments 50

-> how many threads is each search allowed?
-> so how many can the server handle simultaneously?

-> we may want to move this to https://sequenceserver.com/cloud service
