I have a computer: with a HUANANZHI X99-TF-Q motherboard, 4 DDR 4 RAM modules, and an Intel Xeon E5 2696 V3 processor. The computer also included a graphics card MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Gaming X 6Gb and a 512 Gb NVMe drive.
I recently bought a new Asus Dual GeForce RTX 3060 Ti V2 Mini OC 8GB GDDR6 graphics card and started having problems starting the computer. Only after enabling the CSM function in the motherboard's BIOS and in it "Video" on "Legacy" instead of "UEFI" did the graphics card start displaying an image and the computer starts properly but the PCI-Express Resizable BAR does not work. The old graphics card started in UEFI mode and the Resizable BAR worked. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
