UWP exception when running DisplayToastAsync() "Operation is not supported on this platform."

Hi I just tried out the UWP sample application project for the snackbar / toast popup where everything worked great and wanted to implement in my own project.

I created a blank Xamarin.Forms project using VS2019 to try it out. Though when I try to call the function DisplayToastAsync from my UWP application I receive an exception

"Operation is not supported on this platform." 

with the following stack trace:

The code / packages I am using are outlined below, am I missing something here? Any help would be great.

After scrolling through the bugs page this is already listed there.

Credit goes to @VladislavAntonyuk for the solution. The fix for me was changing the UWP projects min target version to be: 19041.
