Made voting work a little differently for Omega Psi and DBL. Minor fixes.

Features

  • Made the voting work a tad differently. If you vote for Omega Psi on DBL, you don't need to revote for another 2 days to run special commands like o.execute
  • Added setRefresh command for bot moderators when updating how often a user needs to revote for Omega Psi on DBL
  • Updated Omega Psi's website to stay in tune with my personal website's style

Fixes

  • Added in the 0️⃣ emoji for the emojify command
