Effect: Change Focus Point Maximum #1353

The Effect: Change Focus Point Maximum works and increases the maximum amount of focus points for a character.

However, I cannot seem to increase the current available focus points to match that max value (It reverts to 3)

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
