[BUG] BAM macro don't respond to filtering #1454

When attempting to apply

game.PF2eWorkbench.basicActionMacros({filter:(action)=>action.skill!=="Athletics"})

The BAM doesn't filter the skills correctly.

This isn't a feature of BAM.

I think someone intended to add it, but it never happened.
