A setting to allow effects on actors to be posted to the chat log when it is their turn, similar to how conditions are posted. A toggle for a per-effect basis would be ideal if it's possible, but simply having a setting to post all conditions is a workable starting point.

This would be for situations where an effect is being used in a similar way to a condition, for example, "Unable to Use Reactions" comes up frequently on a number of spells and abilities, but there is no condition that conveys this, so it needs to be done as an effect. If that were posted to the chat log on the combatant's turn, it'd be a great reminder.
