V1 features:

• Number of users to create (information populated name, username, fb, tw, g+, url, email, phone, image)
• Number of links in menu (information populated link title, url)
• * Based on links in menu parent pages creation options - (information populated - title, blurb, paragraphs, featured image, content image, basic html tags)
• Number of levels to nest pages (information populated - parent page, title, blurb, paragraphs, featured image, content image)
• Number of categories in blog (if present, information populated - category name)
• Number of posts in blog (if present, information populated - post name, author, category, tag)
• Number of paragraphs in each blog post (information populated - paragraphs)

I think that this plugin can be used as is. There's no need to reinvent the wheel.

More advanced users can use the wp-cli instead.

Thanks for suggestion. The idea was to create own plugin to increase company good will, knowledge base, visibility, github awareness and at use it as supporting marketing tool e.g. to write an article upon using of such plugin and how it can be useful. Just an idea :)
