当时为了UAA Server保持简洁，shiro-uaa并没有真正意义上的实现单点登出

但是，shiro-uaa可以变相的实现单点登出，具体可以看shiro-uaa-samples，我增加了单点登录和登出的例子

后面会看看是否需要，或是否有比较好的方式去实现单点登出
