Standardize dataset naming

For a given dataset, there may be temporal and static versions as well as subsets of the data as well. Examples: email-enron has a dataset on "core nodes" and this dataset includes a larger set of email addresses. contact-high-school is a set of temporal interactions but there is a static, labeled version
