Now we need some dockerfiles and scripts for deploying mars with our own changes fastly using Azure pipeline.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. In the short term, we need some scripts and docker images for fastly deploying mars.
2. In the long term, use codes to provider Azure and AWS deployment.
