I can't find the folder and the config.py

It's not an essential file, you can make the script work well even without config.py. lists_dir is just a filepath to preserve the items which record the path of .wav file

The lists_dir is a temporal folder to save the file lists. It will automatically be created when you run the .sh script. The config.py file is also automatically created when you run the .sh script. It saves the frame shift, which is defined previously. It's only used in the utils/normhamming.py when you extract spectra features.
