Move ys::std/fs-??? functions to a new ys::fs #201

These functions really belong in their own ys::fs library / namespace.

Use them like fs/filename instead of fs-filename.

This is largely inherits from babashka.fs for now, but naming it ys.fs lets us evolve it on its own.

We need to do similar for babashka.http-client, babashka.process etc.
