静态托管问题 #62

在修改了code颜色之后，本地访问是OK的，但是将生成的public文件夹中的静态页面托管到COS上进行访问出现下面的问题

这是HUgo本身问题，还是我托管静态页面的问题，或者主题的问题。
而且在修改了code颜色之后，在某个当前页面是生效的，其他页面是不能生效的
