Livepeer is an open source project - and we love contributions from the community! It's still in the early days of decentralized video, so there are lots of opportunities to help build the future.
Livepeer has a strong mission - to give everyone an equal voice. Our community is a reflection of our core mission. As members of the community, we agree to behave in the a way that helps the inclusion and prosperity our community. Here are some quick guidelines.
-
Be respectful to fellow community members: no regional, racial, gender, or other abuse will be tolerated. Report abusive behavior to abuse@livepeer.org
-
Encourage diversity and participation: Anyone should be able to contribute, regardless of their background and extend of contribution. We will do the best we can to make everyoen feel welcomed.
-
Don't break the law: we are inventing the future, but we want to do it safely so no one gets in trouble.
If you want to contribute code, the best way to find out is by looking at issues. Each repository has issues, some of them will be labeled "help wanted".
