为啥我自己写的Dockerfile不行呢？运行起来报错

  && pip install --no-cache-dir bilili -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

WORKDIR /app

CMD ["bilili", "-d", "/app"]

报错如下：
