I would like help using CocoaSplit. #54
Comments
I caught some of the older archived broadcasts before twitch deleted them. That looks pretty good, especially given you're doing it on a 13" macbook. How's the SC2 frame rates while you're streaming? If you're willing to mess with your setup you should be able to do it without using CamTwist. Just add a DesktopCapture source and a webcam source in CocoaSplit and arrange them as you like. For the desktop set the resolution to 780x480 and FPS to 30. The stream will look the same but at least it's one less thing running. SC2 streaming is why I started writing CocoaSplit actually! All the CocoaSplit work has caused my SC2 game to suffer terribly, though :( |
there was a weird upside down stream that happened. and I'm doing the desktop one now but can't figure out the webcam lol ;-; |
Webcam is most likely under AVFCapture (which I'm going to rename to something like Webcam soon). |
Hey, I'm using a MacProBook 13" Mid-2012 edition. I am using OS X 10.10 Yosemite.

I'm using the new CocoaSplit (as of 11/1/14)
Anyway I would like to use CocoaSplit to stream StarCraft II
