Mock config-api so the API URLs can be pointed to localhost.

Requirements:

  • Mock getArticle, getRecommendations, getGuestCheckout, createGuestOrder, createGuestCheckout
    • Get successful response - providing 3 different SKUs: available, out of order, one size
    • Get failed response
