[Feature Request] - Force all comment to be 'All Comments' #72

What the title said basically, i want all post to be all comments by default but i cant find such option in FB, so here i am, asking for new feature.

Will write a separate user-script for this functionality and integrate with the fb-cmf userscript at a later date (possibly the v5.x code-stream).
