Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

When selecting text using the cursor that causes the editor to scroll, the acceleration of the scroll becomes way too fast way too soon, this is especially true for text selection in the terminal.

A consistent scroll speed no matter how far you move the cursor during selection would be optimal, especially if this could be configured.

Environment

Zed: v0.135.2 (Zed)
OS: macOS 14.4.1
Memory: 16 GiB
Architecture: aarch64
