I noticed the location for Armes before you free Lurelin Village isn’t on the object map. He’s located directly northwest of Bolton and Rozel in the middle of the road at approximate coordinates 2738, -3257, 0042 (probably off by a digit or two since this is as close as Link can stand next to him).

I am having trouble finding the Actor in the original data files (Banc, ainb, eventflows). Without this information, I am hesitant to add an object without knowing any of its details.
In the image below, the point indicated is the blue marker. (If this position is incorrect, let me know).
Other objects:
AnchorAction1 - Dark Green
Area - Light Green
ForbidAutoPlacementAreaSphere - Pink
It could be that the AnchorAction1 or the Area defines the Npc, but I cannot find any linkage to an object/actor. If you have specific dialog from the Npc before the TauraChallenge001 gets to Complete (this is the Lurelin Village activity) and identify which Eventflow it exists in, then we may be able to track down the object/actor.
Hello, according to the text dump document the actor is Npc_SouthernVillage004, the following is his dialogue as copied for “MSBT ID Talk_1008” from the text dump spreadsheet:
"The inn, the restaurant, and the
Lucky Treasure Shop are all closed,
maybe forever...
Basically, if a serene vacation is what
you're after, go somewhere else.My friend is the only reason I'm still here.
He sprinted off to get a change of clothes
and hasn't come back.
Why he did that, I don't know. I told him
it wouldn't end well..."
