Testing releases

Despite the fact it works fine in dev, there seemed to be an issue with one of the upgrades of Electron.

We may want to take a look at possibly adding a canary/testing version or just download the build files and give them a test before releases. This may be a lot of setup though for a section that may get very limited use.

I will also be flagging the system to add them as drafts so we can review the final part and add the files while I explore adding the auto uploading to the new pipelines.

The sort of error would have likely passed any automated testing so sadly that likely wouldn't have helped.

Once we are sure it is all working fine we can then switch it back from the draft so that we can also auto-update the download link on updates.
