at_step function crash

Hi I am trying to apply at_final function to the result "ret" obtained just after at_step (run.py function process, inside if args.numworkers == -1 ), but it crashes. Also it crashes when trying to analyze a single frame by running command: "emc --data config/datasets/svimage.yml --exp config/1v1p/hrnet_pare_finetune.yml --root {root} --out {root_out} --ranges 0 1 1 --subs 01". Could you tell me what I am doing wrong please. Thanks :)
