Local Doc sync/updating?

Is there a mechanisim on the roadmap to allow admins to refresh documentation, possibly in the form of some sort of cron job and re-embed or some other source?

I am trying to think through how to ensure my document files are the latest version of what I have with having to manually go in and remove files from within privateGPT.

Thanks for any insight you can give on efficient document updating.
