Fix review comments : updated build-and-install.md and usecase.md

-  build-and-install.md : corrected type "nproc"
-  usecase.md
	- Add more info about grub-settings with usecase
	- update command output for "cat /proc/cmdline"
	- update 'common.lua' contents to point to new grub settings
	- update rule path to point to rule file
	- update 'mpstat' command and it output
