add tips and tricks page with info such as

  • window title
  • bpm assignment in files
  • inserting
  • graphic caching
  • adding mod menu to custom states

I would also add something about using CoolUtil.playMusic for the .ini file to have any effect, because that's how it works.

i made a new page cuz ne_eo asked if i was interested in making a tips & tricks page
