Specifier

Specifier generates and appends a unique short-hash to each file in a directory tree, recursively.

Place into a directory and then type `npm install`

Make sure you enable execution on specifier i.e. `chmod +x specifier.js`

Usage: `./specifier.js /home/username/some_directory_tree_full_of_files`
