I am now starting to merge back some stuff from my development branch as the plots for the paper are becoming more mature.
This first PR includes changes that are almost entirely cosmetic.
For instance, I was diff'ing some output from pySDC and the configuration was marked as different because the order was apparently random. You can sort the output from
dict.items()
, which will sort one of the entries alphabetically. Regardless of how it sorts, there is no difference if the configurations are the same with this.
