Stock Sync

One-way stock level/quantity sync, from ERPNext to WooCommerce is supported. This means that you can seamlessly and flexibly sync stock levels, as you perform daily transactions, to WooCommerce.

Once stock sync is enabled, set these fields to setup automated stock sync:

  • Warehouse: Items from this warehouse only will have their stock quantities synced to WooCommerce

  • Stock Sync Interval: This determines how often a background worker will push stock quantity information from ERPNext to WooCommerce

Note

You can also manually sync stock by clicking on Sync > Stock to WooCommerce in the toolbar of the WooCommerce Setup form.
